Aims and scope
Exploring the interface between academic research and practical application, Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology (JEDT) serves all practitioners, professionals, and clients at the intersection of engineering, design and technology, with a specific focus on addressing grand challenges in construction and civil engineering management research within the built environment. The journal aims to expand the boundaries of knowledge in these fields and provide an international forum for the interchange of information and current issues from around the world.

Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology publishes fully refereed papers on practice and progress in the field, in-depth case study research papers, in-depth reviews of project performance, and discussion on research, innovation and education policies and strategies.

Subjects covered by JEDT include, but are not limited to:

Design and implementation strategies on construction and civil engineering projects.
Usability and adaptability of buildings and infrastructure within the built environment.
Sustainable and resilient infrastructure & construction processes, practices and procedures governing works conducted.
Visualisation, simulation, information, and communication technologies
