IIMT Journal of Management is a biannual, peer-reviewed, international academic journal, published by Emerald, on behalf of the Indian Institute of Management, Trichy. It is an open-access journal that publishes research and review papers in all disciplines of management studies.

IIM Trichy adheres to a meticulous double-anonymous reviewing policy that ensures the reliability of the journal. Publication in the journal is at the sole discretion of the editorial board.
Aims and scope
When submitting a manuscript, authors will be taken to a service called Paperpal Preflight, an AI-driven tool that checks manuscripts against the journal’s author guidelines. Authors are free to use or bypass this step and submit directly to ScholarOne.

IIMT Journal of Management (IIMTJM) encourages the submission of manuscripts with interdisciplinary interest, profound analytical approach and sound research methodology, in all domains of management science. The journal will feature research papers, empirical case studies, practitioner papers, editorial, book reviews etc.
