About Journal:

Aims and scope
Analytical Sciences is an international journal edited by The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry. The current average period from Submission to first decision is 18days (as of November 1.2022). The journal publishes papers on all aspects of the theory and practical applications of analytical sciences, including fundamental and applied, inorganic and organic, wet chemical and instrumental methods.

The analytical aspects include novel concepts or practices on separation, detection, or determination of target substances. Proposed analytical design and/or important analytical results should clearly be described in the manuscript. It is also recommended that evidence materials should be summarized in Supplementary Information (SI).

The following categories of papers are open to submission: “Original Papers“ which present original works in full detail. “Rapid Communications” call for the presentation of research results which deserve rapid publication owing to priority or urged demands from scientific or social communities. “Notes” must include novel and valuable information which is significant to relatively specialized fields. “Advancements in Instrumentation” report briefly on progresses in instrumentation. “Reviews” present general surveys of an outstanding subject in analytical sciences.
