AACE Endocrinology and Diabetes (AED) is a peer-reviewed, open-access medical journal published by Elsevier Inc. on behalf of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE). The journal began publication under its current title in 2025, following the rebranding of AACE Clinical Case Reports. It serves as a companion journal to Endocrine Practice and aims to advance clinical and translational research in endocrinology and diabetes.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, visual and video vignettes, commentaries, editorials, and letters to the editor. Its research scope includes diabetes, obesity, nutrition, metabolism, thyroid disorders, bone and parathyroid diseases, lipid disorders, cardiovascular health, reproductive endocrinology, and other endocrine conditions. It publishes on a bimonthly basis and provides open access to its published articles, supporting the dissemination of clinical findings and research to healthcare professionals, researchers, and the wider scientific community.
